Store Policies

DELIVERY
MEASURE: Please consider carefully both the space you plan to put your new furniture and the access to it. It is customers’ responsibility to assure merchandise clears all doorways, staircases, hallways, elevators, etc. Delivery charges are determined at the point of sale and based on the information given to the salesperson. Unforeseen or undisclosed difficulties are the customers’ responsibility and may result in additional delivery fees.

ASSEMBLY additionally and per item. We do not hoist or hang things on walls or ceilings. Most items come unassembled. Please inquire with salesperson.

MAKE ARRANGEMENTS with your building prior to delivery, if applicable. Buildings with special insurance requirements may require outside delivery services and may result in additional costs to you.

CONFIRM/PAYMENT: You will be contacted 2 days prior to delivery with a time window. You must confirm the delivery time and have any balance paid in full by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to your delivery date or your delivery will be automatically cancelled. There is absolutely no C.O.D. delivery.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES: Delivery charges are based per trip. If you choose to have a partial delivery while waiting for an order to be completed, you must pay for each additional delivery.

NO SHOWS: If you confirm a delivery and are not present to receive it, you will be charged for it. You must have a responsible adult present to receive delivery.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Please inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. If any merchandise is not in satisfactory condition, return it with the delivery men. Please contact customer service as per below. If merchandise is signed for, and is later determined to be imperfect, replacement thereof will be solely at Blueprints’ discretion.

WARRANTY: We provide a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. We do not warranty any fabric or leather for wear nor wooden surfaces from color fading. We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective merchandise after inspection. If the merchandise was picked up when purchased, customer is responsible for returning it to Blueprint for inspection.

PICK-UP
CALL FIRST: Unless you are going directly to the warehouse, you must contact the store prior to any pick-up so that we may prepare your merchandise.

BALANCES must be paid at the store prior to pick up. No payments accepted at Warehouse location.

LOCATION: Blueprint merchandise is stored at 2 locations.
